What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are chosen to participate in the advisory council, you are responsible for covering all expenses related to your participation. This includes any travel, lodging, and meal expenses incurred if you need to travel to attend the council meetings.
Hyper Kidz may form an advisory council to collaborate on improvements to the Hyper Kidz system, the products and services offered, advertising, and other relevant matters. The advisory council serves solely in an advisory capacity and does not have decision-making authority. Hyper Kidz retains the right to form, change, merge, or dissolve any advisory council at its discretion.
The advisory council will consist of representatives from Hyper Kidz and franchisees. Franchisee representatives may be selected by Hyper Kidz or elected by other franchisees. As a prospective franchisee, it's important to factor in these potential costs if you aspire to participate in the advisory council, as these expenses are not covered by Hyper Kidz.
