If I operate other Hyper Kidz businesses, does the Franchise Agreement prohibit me from using the Confidential Information in connection with those businesses?

According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement does not prevent a franchisee from using confidential information in connection with other Hyper Kidz businesses they operate under valid franchise agreements with the company. This means that if you own multiple Hyper Kidz franchises, you are permitted to leverage the confidential information you've gained from one franchise to operate the others, as long as each location is operating under a current and valid agreement.
