You must keep your Hyper Kidz Business very clean and maintain it in good repair and condition. You must make any additions, alterations, repairs and replacements, including repainting or replacement of obsolete signs, furnishings, equipment, and décor, as we may reasonably direct. You must not make any changes to the premises without obtaining our written consent before you make the changes. You must obtain and pay for any new or additional equipment, including computer hardware and software, fixtures, supplies and other products and materials that you must have to offer and sell new products and services from your Hyper Kidz Business.

According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to make additions, alterations, repairs, and replacements as directed by Hyper Kidz. The franchisee must keep their Hyper Kidz Business very clean and maintain it in good repair and condition.

Hyper Kidz has the right to change the types of products and services offered at any time. Franchisees must also make any additions, alterations, repairs, and replacements, including repainting or replacement of obsolete signs, furnishings, equipment, and décor, as Hyper Kidz may reasonably direct. However, franchisees must obtain written consent from Hyper Kidz before making any changes to the premises.

Furthermore, Hyper Kidz may require franchisees to remodel, expand, redecorate, reequip, and refurnish the Site and the Hyper Kidz Business when required, but no more often than once every five years, to reflect changes in the operation of Hyper Kidz Businesses. Franchisees are also required to change and/or upgrade equipment at any time to comply with new specifications and standards. Franchisees are responsible for obtaining and paying for any new or additional equipment, including computer hardware and software, fixtures, supplies, and other products and materials needed to offer and sell new products and services from their Hyper Kidz Business.
