What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Hyper Kidz Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are restricted from establishing links to the Hyper Kidz website from other websites without permission. Hyper Kidz reserves control over its online presence and how the brand is represented digitally.
This restriction means that franchisees cannot independently create websites or online platforms that directly connect to the official Hyper Kidz website without explicit consent from the franchisor. This policy ensures that all online representations of the brand adhere to Hyper Kidz's standards and marketing strategies.
For a prospective franchisee, this implies that all digital marketing efforts must align with the franchisor's guidelines. Any desire to link to the Hyper Kidz website from another site would require prior approval, ensuring brand consistency and controlled messaging across all online platforms. Franchisees should discuss with Hyper Kidz what options are available for online marketing and what support the franchisor provides.
