What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hyper Kidz will provide guidance to franchisees during the operation of their Hyper Kidz Business. This guidance covers various aspects of the business, including specifications, standards, and operating procedures, purchasing approved equipment and supplies, local marketing and promotional programs, administrative and accounting procedures, and employee training programs.

Hyper Kidz will furnish this guidance through several channels. These include the Manual, bulletins, written reports and recommendations, other written materials such as email, periodic telephonic consultations, and consultations at Hyper Kidz's offices or at the franchisee's location. This multi-faceted approach ensures that franchisees have access to information and support in a variety of formats to suit their needs.

In addition to the standard guidance, Hyper Kidz may also provide additional on-site training and assistance at the franchisee's request or if Hyper Kidz determines it is necessary. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the per diem fee for each trainer sent, as well as reimbursing their expenses, including travel, lodging, and meals. This ensures franchisees have access to more intensive support when needed, although it comes at an additional cost.
