If you are unable to open your Hyper Kidz Business within the required timeframe, we may provide you with an extension of this timeframe or we may terminate your Franchise Agreement. What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must open their Hyper Kidz Business within 12 months of signing the Franchise Agreement. Failure to meet this deadline may result in an extension granted by Hyper Kidz or termination of the Franchise Agreement. However, the franchisee cannot open for business until Hyper Kidz has given its approval.

For multi-unit developers, the timeframe for opening the first franchised business is the same as for individual franchisees. Each additional Hyper Kidz Business developed by a multi-unit developer must be opened according to the terms of their minimum performance schedule outlined in the Multi-Unit Development Agreement.

This requirement ensures that franchisees promptly establish and begin operating their Hyper Kidz Business. The 12-month timeframe allows for site selection, construction, training, and other necessary preparations. Franchisees should carefully consider this deadline and ensure they have a realistic plan for meeting it to avoid potential penalties or termination of their agreement.
