What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training fee for new or replacement employees is $1,500. This fee is due 15 days after billing. The initial training fee covers training for up to three people.
If a Hyper Kidz franchisee requests initial training for additional employees beyond the initial three, or for new or replacement employees during the term of the Franchise Agreement, they must pay the $1,500 training fee again.
In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is also responsible for covering the expenses of the trainees. These expenses include travel, lodging, meals, and wages for each trainee attending the initial training program. This could potentially add a significant cost to the initial training, depending on the location of the training and the number of additional employees being trained.
