The Company does not anticipate the capacity restrictions to become permanent and no impairments have been recorded as of the balance sheet date; however, the Company will continue to monitor the situation. The Company's results of operations, cash flows, and financial condition could continue to be negatively impacted, however the extent of the impact cannot be reasonably estimated at this time.
