What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Hyper Kidz's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, any advertising materials that a franchisee has prepared or that have not been approved within the last 12 months must be submitted to Hyper Kidz for approval before they can be used. The franchisee is prohibited from using any advertising materials that have not been approved by Hyper Kidz. This requirement ensures that all advertising and promotional efforts align with the brand's standards and image.
This approval process is a common practice in franchising, allowing the franchisor to maintain consistency and quality in marketing efforts across all locations. By reviewing and approving advertising materials, Hyper Kidz can ensure that its brand message is consistent and effective, and that franchisees are not using materials that could harm the brand's reputation.
For a prospective Hyper Kidz franchisee, this means that they will need to plan ahead and allow sufficient time for the approval process when developing marketing campaigns. It also means they should maintain organized records of approved advertising materials and their approval dates to ensure compliance. Failure to obtain approval could result in penalties or restrictions on marketing activities.
