We may require you and/or your previously trained owners to attend periodic refresher training courses at such times and locations that we designate. If we require you, and/or your previously trained owners to re-take or attend additional or extended initial training, it will be at your expense (Franchise Agreement- Section 7.3).

If we require (including if you or your staff do not meet our then-current performance or compliance standards) or you request, and we agree to provide, additional training or assistance, which may be conducted on-site (in your Territory), online, at our location, or at another location we designate, you must pay our then-current fee for additional training (the "Additional Training Fees") which will not exceed $500 per trainer per day of training, plus travel and living expens

According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog may require previously trained owners to attend periodic refresher training courses at designated times and locations. If Hydrodog requires a franchisee or their previously trained owners to retake or attend additional or extended initial training, the franchisee will bear the expense.

Additionally, Hydrodog may require additional training or assistance if the franchisee or their staff do not meet Hydrodog's current performance or compliance standards. The franchisee can also request additional training, which Hydrodog may agree to provide. This additional training can be conducted on-site in the franchisee's territory, online, at Hydrodog's location, or another designated location.

If additional training is required or requested and agreed upon, the franchisee must pay Hydrodog's then-current fee for additional training, which will not exceed $500 per trainer per day of training. The franchisee is also responsible for covering travel and living expenses for each trainer.
