What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a party alleging a dispute must provide written notice to the other party detailing the dispute. The party receiving the notice has thirty (30) days to correct, settle, or compromise the dispute.
This means that if a Hydrodog franchisee has a dispute with Hydrodog, or vice versa, a formal written notice must be sent outlining the details of the issue. The recipient of this notice then has a 30-day window to resolve the matter before further action can be taken.
This 30-day period is crucial for attempting to resolve issues through negotiation or other means before escalating to arbitration or other legal proceedings. It emphasizes the importance of clear communication and a good-faith effort to resolve disagreements amicably within the Hydrodog franchise system.
