Is there a limit on a Hydrodog franchisee's obligation to comply with modifications to System Standards?

According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are obligated to comply with modifications to System Standards, with one exception. Franchisees must comply with all modifications to System Standards within the time period specified by Hydrodog, except for capital modifications. Hydrodog must provide at least 90 days for franchisees to comply with capital modifications. There is no limit on the obligation to comply with other types of System Standard modifications.
