What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Hydrodog 'System' includes product and service offering menus. The FDD specifies that the franchisor uses certain copyrighted information in the operation of Hydrodog businesses, including "product and service offering menus."
This means that as a Hydrodog franchisee, you will be provided with menus that list the products and services you are authorized to offer. These menus are part of Hydrodog's copyrighted materials and are a component of the overall 'System' that franchisees are required to follow. This ensures consistency across all Hydrodog locations and helps maintain brand standards.
As a franchisee, you must provide only the products and services that Hydrodog designates or approves, in accordance with their System. This includes using Hydrodog's Marks and Copyrights, which would encompass the approved menus. This requirement helps to ensure that all Hydrodog businesses offer a consistent set of products and services, maintaining the brand's reputation and customer expectations.
