What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must maintain the HydroDog Vehicle's interior and exterior, along with the surrounding area, to the highest degree of cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation. Franchisees must also comply with the requirements regarding the upkeep of the HydroDog Vehicle as established in the Manuals and by federal, state, and local laws.
Hydrodog may periodically modify these System Standards, which could accommodate regional or local variations. These modifications may require franchisees to invest additional capital in their HydroDog Business and/or incur higher operating costs. However, Hydrodog will provide at least ninety (90) days to comply with Capital Modifications.
Failure to comply with any System Standards or Capital Modifications within the specified time period can result in a non-compliance fee, mandatory remedial training at the franchisee's expense, suspension of rights under the Franchise Agreement, or even termination of the agreement, as determined by Hydrodog. Franchisees must also only place or display signs, emblems, lettering, logos and display materials that Hydrodog periodically approves on the interior and exterior of the HydroDog Vehicle.
