Who has the sole right to decide if a supplier or item is authorized for Hydrodog?

According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog reserves the sole right to decide if any supplier, vendor, or item is authorized. This decision is made using Hydrodog's business judgment, and Hydrodog also reserves the right to disapprove or refuse to approve any supplier, vendor, or item. Franchisees are not allowed to sell any item or order inventory from suppliers or vendors that have not been expressly authorized by Hydrodog. Selling unauthorized products or ordering from unauthorized vendors can lead to default and/or termination of the Franchise Agreement.

If a franchisee wants to use a supplier or item not currently approved, they must notify Hydrodog in writing and submit all specifications, photographs, samples, and other information requested by Hydrodog. Hydrodog will then determine, within a reasonable time not exceeding 30 calendar days, whether the supplier or item meets their specifications and criteria for approval. Hydrodog may also prescribe procedures for submitting approval requests and the obligations that approved suppliers must assume.

Hydrodog may modify the list of approved manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors of Operating Assets and Business Materials from time to time, using their business judgment. Franchisees can only purchase materials and inventory for their Hydrodog Business from Approved Suppliers. Purchasing from non-approved suppliers is grounds for default and/or termination of the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees also agree not to use any services, material, inventory, supplies, or equipment and/or suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, or service providers not authorized by Hydrodog for their Hydrodog Business without written approval.
