- We will sell and deliver the items in your Initial Tools Package which will contain the equipment, inventory and materials needed, minus your truck, to start your HydroDog Business. Currently, we are the only Approved Supplier of the Initial Tools Package. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.4).

- We will identify the other equipment, hardware and software (the "Operating Assets"), products, services, materials, inventory, equipment, uniforms, apparel, supplies and signs, emblems, lettering, logos and display materials, advertising, vehicle wraps, and financial and accounting services, necessary for the Business to begin or sustain operations (collectively, the "Business Materials"), the minimum standards and specifications that must be satisfied and the suppliers from whom these items may be purchased or leased (including us and/or our affiliates). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog will sell and deliver the items in the Initial Tools Package to its franchisees. This package includes the necessary equipment, inventory, and materials, excluding the truck, to start the HydroDog business. Hydrodog is currently the only approved supplier of this Initial Tools Package.
Before opening a HydroDog Business, franchisees must ensure that the Initial Tools Package has been received. Franchisees cannot commence business operations until Hydrodog approves the business's development according to their standards, training is completed, the franchise fee is paid, the HydroDog vehicle is acquired, and all other pre-opening conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement are met.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that while Hydrodog will sell and deliver the Initial Tools Package, they do not install or deliver other operating assets or business materials necessary for the business. Franchisees are responsible for acquiring these additional items from approved suppliers, which may include Hydrodog or its affiliates. Franchisees must also ensure they meet all specified standards and specifications for these items.
