Is Hydrodog required to establish a Customer Sales Center?

We reserve the right to establish a centralized call center and online booking system (the "Customer Sales Center"), to process all orders for services or products within the System, including all orders for services or products for your HydroDog Business, and otherwise to handle customer inquiries.

If implemented, we will require that you retrieve all orders for services and products for your HydroDog Business from the Customer Sales Center, and comply with all related procedures and protocols as may be updated by us from time to time.

We will direct all aspects of planning and operation of the Customer Sales Center that we believe to be in the best interest of the entire System in our absolute and uncontrolled business judgment.

If implemented, you must fully participate in all programs and protocols involving the Customer Sales Center, as we may require from time to time at our then-current fee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog is not required to establish a Customer Sales Center. Hydrodog reserves the right to establish a centralized call center and online booking system, referred to as the "Customer Sales Center", to handle orders and customer inquiries for the entire Hydrodog system, including individual Hydrodog businesses.

If Hydrodog implements a Customer Sales Center, franchisees would be required to retrieve all orders for their Hydrodog Business from the Customer Sales Center and comply with all related procedures and protocols. Hydrodog retains absolute and uncontrolled business judgment in directing all aspects of the Customer Sales Center's planning and operation.

Furthermore, if a Customer Sales Center is established, franchisees must fully participate in all programs and protocols involving the Customer Sales Center, and they will be subject to a fee, at the then-current rate. This means that while Hydrodog does not currently mandate a Customer Sales Center, they retain the right to implement one in the future, which could impact how franchisees receive orders and manage customer interactions, as well as introduce additional costs.
