What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must furnish true and correct copies of all documents and contracts governing the rights, obligations, and powers of their owners and agents at Hydrodog's request. These documents include articles of incorporation or organization and partnership, operating, or shareholder agreements.

If the franchisee is a business organization, such as a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership, they must provide sufficient evidence of their authority to execute, deliver, and perform obligations under the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee's organizational or governing documents must state that the issuance and transfer of any ownership interests are restricted by the terms of the Franchise Agreement. Copies of these documents must be provided to Hydrodog for review.

Furthermore, the franchisee must ensure that the Principal Owners Statement accurately describes all owners and their interests. This statement must be revised to reflect any ownership changes, and Hydrodog's approval is required for any such changes. Each owner must also sign and deliver Hydrodog's standard form of Principal Owner's Guaranty, binding them jointly and severally to the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
