What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must ensure their advertising complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Hydrodog maintains control over advertising content, requiring express written consent for any internet or telecommunications advertising. Hydrodog also reserves the right to mandate specific language in local advertising, such as "Franchises Available" or "Each Franchise Location Independently Owned and Operated," along with contact information.
