Furthermore, the franchisee must take immediate action to cancel all fictitious or assumed name registrations related to the use of any Hydrodog mark. This ensures that the franchisee no longer represents themselves as being associated with the Hydrodog brand after the agreement ends. These measures are in place to protect Hydrodog's brand identity and prevent confusion among customers.
