Since October 2016, Ashby has served as the founder of Gazelle Capital in Tampa, FL. Since January 2017, Ashby has also served as an adjunct professor with the University of Tampa in Tampa, FL. From February 2021 to October 2022, Ashby was the Chief Financial Officer for SOMA Global in Tampa, FL. From December 2019 to December 2021, Ashby was a Member on the Board of Directors for US Federal Contractor Registration in Tampa, FL. From May 2019 to December 2019, Ashby was an Entrepreneur in Residence/Growth Catalyst for Warren Averett in Tampa, FL.
