- 14.1 Our Right to Inspect your HydroDog Business. To determine whether you and your HydroDog Business are complying with this Agreement and all System Standards, we and our designated agents have the exclusive right at any time during your regular business hours, and with or without prior notice to you:
- (a) enter your HydroDog Business and/or the HydroDog Vehicle and have unlimited and unrestricted access to inspect your HydroDog Business and/or HydroDog Vehicle;
- (b) observe, photograph and videotape the operations of your HydroDog Business for such consecutive or intermittent periods as we deem necessary;

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog has the right to photograph the operations of a Hydrodog Business during an inspection. Specifically, Hydrodog and its designated agents have the exclusive right to enter a Hydrodog Business and/or Hydrodog Vehicle and have unrestricted access to inspect the business.
This includes the right to observe, photograph, and videotape the operations of the Hydrodog Business for consecutive or intermittent periods as deemed necessary by Hydrodog. This right can be exercised at any time during the franchisee's regular business hours, with or without prior notice.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that these inspections are intended to determine compliance with the franchise agreement and System Standards. Franchisees are expected to cooperate fully with Hydrodog during these inspections, and failure to do so may result in termination of the franchise agreement. While Hydrodog states they will use their best efforts not to interfere unreasonably with the business's operation, any costs incurred due to an inspection will be the franchisee's sole expense.
