What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a technology fee for proprietary software and technology services. This fee covers items such as website listing, data hosting, scheduling system, customer relationship management (CRM), workflows, virtual assistant technology, and learning and development resources. The base technology fee is currently $150 per month.
In addition to the base fee, Hydrodog franchisees must also pay $99 per month for each HydroDog vehicle they operate. The technology fee is due on or before the first Payment Day of each month.
Hydrodog retains the right to increase the technology fee, but they must provide franchisees with ninety (90) days written notice before any such increase. This allows franchisees time to adjust their budgets and business plans accordingly.
