How many pages do the Hydrodog Manuals contain as of the date of the disclosure document?

According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Hydrodog Manuals contain a total of 171 pages as of the date of the disclosure document. These manuals are accessible in text or electronic form during the term of the Franchise Agreement. A copy of the Table of Contents to the Manuals is attached to the disclosure document as Exhibit "G."

The Hydrodog Operations Manuals contain mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules, referred to as "System Standards." These standards are prescribed by Hydrodog for the operation of Hydrodog Businesses. The manuals also include information relating to the franchisee's obligations under the Franchise Agreement and related agreements.

Hydrodog has the right to issue, modify, and supplement these System Standards for the Hydrodog Business, which may include establishing minimum or maximum prices to the extent permitted by law. These modifications may accommodate regional or local variations or to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Such modifications may require franchisees to invest additional capital in the Hydrodog Business and/or incur higher operating costs. However, these modifications will not alter the franchisee's fundamental status and rights under the Agreement.
