Any digital platforms we establish or maintain, including but not limited to websites, apps, or other ecommerce channels, may serve multiple functions, including advertising and promoting HydroDog products, programs, and services, as well as marketing HydroDog franchise opportunities. We exclusively retain all rights to electronic commerce, and these platforms will be managed by our designated web designers.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Hydrodog Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog's designated web designers exclusively manage all digital platforms, including websites, apps, and other e-commerce channels. These platforms serve multiple functions, such as advertising Hydrodog products, programs, and services, as well as marketing franchise opportunities. Hydrodog retains all rights to electronic commerce.
Hydrodog also maintains control over the brand's presence on social media. Franchisees are not allowed to promote their HydroDog business or use any of the brand's marks on social networking websites without prior written consent from Hydrodog. Hydrodog will provide franchisees with access to branded social media pages, handles, and assets, which franchisees are required to update regularly.
Hydrodog retains the right to establish, maintain, modify, or discontinue all internet activities pertaining to the system, including social media pages. Franchisees must comply with Hydrodog's system standards regarding social media use, including prohibitions on posting comments about the business or system, except on platforms authorized by Hydrodog. Only Hydrodog may respond to reviews of Hydrodog businesses posted on websites like Yelp and TripAdvisor.
