From whom must I lease or purchase the HydroDog Vehicle when starting a Hydrodog franchise?

Currently you must lease or purchase the HydroDog Vehicle from an approved supplier.
Your HydroDog Vehicle must be outfitted and wrapped in the colors, specifications and manner we specify.
The low-end estimate assumes will lease the required HydroDog Vehicle for the business.
The high-end estimate assumes you purchase the HydroDog Vehicle with certain fees and costs payable upon signing the purchase agreement and assumes that you have good credit.
If you choose to lease the HydroDog Vehicle, the estimate for payments in the chart above does not include any deposit.
You must maintain one (1) HydroDog Vehicle for every 100,000 population (or fraction thereof) in your Territory.
If additional vehicles are required based on population, you must add each required additional HydroDog Vehicle within 6 months after commencing operations or within 6 months of any population increase that triggers the requirement for an additional vehicle.
Failure to add required vehicles within these timeframes will constitute a default under the Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you must lease or purchase the HydroDog Vehicle from an approved supplier. The cost of the HydroDog Vehicle varies depending on whether you lease or purchase it. If you lease, the estimated initial investment ranges from $1,000 to $2,500, paid monthly. If you purchase the vehicle, the estimated initial investment ranges from $105,000 to $155,000, also paid monthly.
The FDD also specifies that the HydroDog Vehicle must be outfitted and wrapped according to Hydrodog's specifications. Additionally, the cost of HydroDog Vehicle Delivery ranges from $0 to $5,000, paid as a lump sum by agreement with Hydrodog or the dealer to a third party.
It is important to note that you must maintain one HydroDog Vehicle for every 100,000 in population (or fraction thereof) within your territory. Failure to acquire additional vehicles within six months of commencing operations or population increase that triggers the requirement will constitute a default under the Franchise Agreement.
