You are responsible for the costs associated with these computer systems and ensuring they meet Hydrodog's standards.

Hydrodog also has the right to charge you a reasonable systems fee for modifications, enhancements, maintenance, and support services related to the proprietary software they license to you. You must not use the Computer System for any purposes not authorized by Hydrodog or its affiliates. This level of access and control is typical in franchising, allowing the franchisor to monitor compliance with system standards and protect the brand. However, it also means franchisees must be prepared to invest in and maintain the technology infrastructure required by Hydrodog.
