What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog does not install or deliver the Operating Assets or Business Materials. However, Hydrodog will sell and deliver the items in the Initial Tools Package, which contains the equipment, inventory, and materials needed to start the HydroDog Business, excluding the truck. Hydrodog is currently the only Approved Supplier of the Initial Tools Package.

The Operating Assets include equipment, hardware, and software. Business Materials include products, services, materials, inventory, equipment, uniforms, apparel, supplies, signs, emblems, lettering, logos, display materials, advertising, vehicle wraps, and financial and accounting services. Hydrodog will identify the necessary Business Materials, set minimum standards, and specify approved suppliers, which may include Hydrodog or its affiliates.

Prospective franchisees should note that while Hydrodog provides the Initial Tools Package, they are responsible for the installation and delivery of all other Operating Assets and Business Materials necessary to begin and sustain operations. This means franchisees will need to coordinate the procurement, delivery, and setup of these items independently, adhering to Hydrodog's standards and approved supplier list.
