    1. We will identify the other equipment, hardware and software (the "Operating Assets"), products, services, materials, inventory, equipment, uniforms, apparel, supplies and signs, emblems, lettering, logos and display materials, advertising, vehicle wraps, and financial and accounting services, necessary for the Business to begin or sustain operations (collectively, the "Business Materials"), the minimum standards and specifications that must be satisfied and the suppliers from whom these items may be purchased or leased (including us and/or our affiliates).
