If Hydrodog implements a Customer Sales Center, what aspects of its operation does Hydrodog direct?

We reserve the right to establish a centralized call center and online booking system (the "Customer Sales Center"), to process all orders for services or products within the System, including all orders for services or products for your HydroDog Business, and otherwise to handle customer inquiries.
If implemented, we will require that you retrieve all orders for services and products for your HydroDog Business from the Customer Sales Center, and comply with all related procedures and protocols as may be updated by us from time to time.
We will direct all aspects of planning and operation of the Customer Sales Center that we believe to be in the best interest of the entire System in our absolute and uncontrolled business judgment.
If implemented, you must fully participate in all programs and protocols involving the Customer Sales Center, as we may require from time to time at our then-current fee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Hydrodog establishes a Customer Sales Center, it will direct all aspects of its planning and operation. Hydrodog will make these decisions based on what it believes is in the best interest of the entire Hydrodog system, using its absolute and uncontrolled business judgment.
This means that Hydrodog franchisees may have to comply with procedures and protocols set by Hydrodog regarding the Customer Sales Center. Franchisees would be required to retrieve all orders for services and products for their HydroDog Business from the Customer Sales Center.
Hydrodog also requires that franchisees fully participate in all programs and protocols involving the Customer Sales Center, and may require a fee for participation. This gives Hydrodog significant control over how customer orders are processed and fulfilled within the Hydrodog system.
