What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog will identify the suppliers from whom franchisees may purchase Business Materials. Business Materials include equipment, hardware, software, products, services, materials, inventory, equipment, uniforms, apparel, supplies, signs, emblems, lettering, logos, display materials, advertising, vehicle wraps, and financial and accounting services necessary for the Hydrodog business to begin or sustain operations. Hydrodog will also set the minimum standards and specifications for these Business Materials.
Hydrodog is currently the only approved supplier of the Initial Tools Package, which contains the equipment, inventory, and materials needed to start the Hydrodog Business, excluding the truck. However, Hydrodog does not install or deliver the Operating Assets or Business Materials.
Prospective franchisees should note that Hydrodog retains the right to modify System Standards, which may require additional capital investment or higher operating costs. Franchisees are required to use Hydrodog's designated Computer System, including specified software and hardware, and must sign any required license or user agreements. Franchisees must also acquire each vehicle through Hydrodog or its approved suppliers.
