To protect our reputation and goodwill and to maintain high standards of operation under the System, you must operate the HydroDog Business in strict conformance with our System standards, including the methods, standards, and specifications we prescribe from time to time in the Manual or otherwise in writing. The System standards may relate to any aspect of the appearance, function, cleanliness, and operation of the HydroDog Business.
What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must operate their HydroDog Business in strict conformance with the System Standards. These standards are prescribed by Hydrodog and found in the Manual or otherwise in writing. These standards relate to any aspect of the appearance, function, cleanliness, and operation of the HydroDog Business. This obligation is in place to protect Hydrodog's reputation and goodwill and to maintain high standards of operation under the Hydrodog System.
To uphold these System Standards, Hydrodog franchisees are obligated to purchase products, supplies, equipment, and services that they use or sell in the HydroDog Business according to Hydrodog's specifications and quality standards. These purchases must be made from designated or approved suppliers, which may include Hydrodog or its affiliates. Franchisees must maintain a complete inventory of approved items and supplies necessary for operating their HydroDog Business and providing services to customers.
Hydrodog retains the right to inspect and observe, photograph and videotape the operations of HydroDog Businesses, remove samples of any products, materials or supplies for testing and analysis, interview HydroDog Businesses' customers and personnel, and inspect and copy any books, records and documents relating to the operation of your HydroDog Business from time to time to assist you in complying with the Franchise Agreement and all System Standards. Franchisees must also adhere to the rules and regulations, specifications and System Standards for the Computer System, mapping, business management, Purchase Order System, scheduling, cost control, and accounting system designated by Hydrodog. These measures ensure that franchisees adhere to System Standards, thereby protecting the brand image and goodwill of the Hydrodog system.
