What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have a responsibility to assist Hydrodog in complying with Anti-Terrorism Laws. As an inducement for Hydrodog to enter into the franchise agreement, the franchisee represents that all information provided is accurate and complete, with no misrepresentations or omissions. The franchisee agrees to indemnify and hold Hydrodog harmless from any claims arising from such misrepresentations or omissions.
Furthermore, the franchisee and their owners must comply with Anti-Terrorism Laws and assist Hydrodog in its compliance efforts. This includes certifying, representing, and warranting that none of their property or interests are subject to being blocked under these laws and that they are not in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Laws. Hydrodog's approval of the franchise purchase is based on the franchisee's representations regarding compliance with these laws. This places a significant responsibility on the franchisee to ensure they and their owners are fully compliant with all applicable Anti-Terrorism Laws, as failure to do so could result in the loss of their franchise.
