- 11.10 Retail Prices. Subject only to limitations imposed by applicable law, we reserve the right to designate maximum or minimum retail prices for the Products and Services you offer and sell, and we will provide you with reasonable notice of any changes to these prices. We may further from time to time offer guidance with respect to the selling price for such Products and Services, but you shall be free to set your own prices within any maximum or minimum retail prices we designate. If you elect to sell any or all of your Products and Services at any price recommended by us, you acknowledge that we have made no guarantee or warranty that offering such Products and Services at the recommended price will enhance your sales or profits.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog retains the right to designate maximum or minimum retail prices for the products and services franchisees offer. Hydrodog will provide reasonable notice of any changes to these prices.
Hydrodog may also offer guidance on selling prices, but franchisees have the autonomy to set their own prices as long as they remain within the designated maximum or minimum retail price range.
However, Hydrodog makes no guarantees that following their recommended pricing will enhance sales or profits for the franchisee. This policy allows Hydrodog to maintain some control over pricing to ensure brand consistency and competitiveness, while still giving franchisees flexibility to adapt to local market conditions.
