Hydrodog Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You must notify us of all inquiries for Products and Services received from any prospective customer outside of your Territory. We will forward these types of inquiries to the franchisee, if any, in whose Territory the prospective customer account is situated. If there is no existing franchisee within whose territory the prospective customer account is situated, we may allow you to provide services or products to such customer account for so long as the customer account is not located in the territory of another franchisee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must notify Hydrodog of all inquiries for products and services received from prospective customers outside of their designated territory. Hydrodog will then forward these inquiries to the franchisee, if any, in whose territory the prospective customer is located.
If there isn't a franchisee in the area where the prospective customer is located, Hydrodog may allow the franchisee who received the inquiry to provide services or products to that customer. This is allowed as long as the customer isn't located in another franchisee's territory.
This policy ensures that customer inquiries are handled appropriately within the Hydrodog franchise system and that franchisees primarily focus on their assigned territories. It also allows Hydrodog to manage customer service and sales effectively across different regions, potentially optimizing market coverage and customer satisfaction.
