You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, including without limitation those relating to: (i) health and sanitation, (ii) pet grooming and animal welfare, (iii) commercial vehicle operation and maintenance, (iv) workplace safety, and (v) any other requirements that apply to mobile pet grooming businesses. You must comply with all applicable state and local certification, licensing, and registration requirements for pet grooming businesses. Many states and localities have specific requirements for pet grooming businesses. You should investigate whether any of these certification or registration requirements will apply to your HydroDog Business.
