What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Hydrodog Franchise Disclosure Document, as a franchisee, you are obligated to display Hydrodog's Marks prominently and exclusively at your Hydrodog Business. This display must adhere to the specific manner prescribed by Hydrodog. This requirement extends to forms, advertising, digital platforms, and other materials as designated by Hydrodog.
This means Hydrodog has control over how its brand is presented to the public, ensuring consistency across all franchise locations. As a franchisee, you must follow Hydrodog's guidelines for displaying trademarks and service marks, including providing any notices of registration that Hydrodog specifies. You must also obtain any required fictitious or assumed name registrations under applicable law.
This obligation ensures brand uniformity and protects Hydrodog's trademarks. Failure to comply with these requirements could result in a breach of the franchise agreement. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand and adhere to these brand standards to maintain a consistent brand image and avoid potential legal issues.
