What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, information regarding automatic rebooking procedures can be found in the Manuals. Item 23 provides a table of contents that refers to section G-18 for information on automatic rebooking. The manuals contain mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules that Hydrodog prescribes from time to time for the operation of a HydroDog Business.
The FDD states that Hydrodog will loan or make available online one copy of their manuals to franchisees during the term of the agreement. Franchisees must comply with all updates and amendments to the Hydrodog system as described in the manuals, newsletters, or notices distributed via computer system or other media.
It is the franchisee's responsibility to routinely monitor any online version of the manuals for changes. The manuals may be modified or updated and revised periodically to reflect changes in System Standards. The Hydrodog FDD specifies that the manuals are confidential and proprietary information.
