What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog reserves the right to designate maximum or minimum retail prices for the products and services franchisees offer, but this is subject to limitations imposed by applicable law. Hydrodog will provide franchisees with reasonable notice of any changes to these prices.

Hydrodog may also offer guidance regarding the selling price of products and services. However, franchisees are free to set their own prices within any maximum or minimum retail prices that Hydrodog designates.

Hydrodog makes no guarantees or warranties that offering such products and services at the recommended price will enhance a franchisee's sales or profits. This means that while Hydrodog can suggest or even mandate price ranges, the franchisee ultimately bears the risk if those prices don't lead to desired financial outcomes.
