Who directs the planning and operation of the Hydrodog Customer Sales Center?

We reserve the right to establish a centralized call center and online booking system (the "Customer Sales Center"), to process all orders for services or products within the System, including all orders for services or products for your HydroDog Business, and otherwise to handle customer inquiries.
If implemented, we will require that you retrieve all orders for services and products for your HydroDog Business from the Customer Sales Center, and comply with all related procedures and protocols as may be updated by us from time to time.
We will direct all aspects of planning and operation of the Customer Sales Center that we believe to be in the best interest of the entire System in our absolute and uncontrolled business judgment.
If implemented, you must fully participate in all programs and protocols involving the Customer Sales Center, as we may require from time to time at our then-current fee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog reserves the right to establish a Customer Sales Center to handle orders and customer inquiries for the entire system, including individual Hydrodog businesses.
Hydrodog retains absolute and uncontrolled business judgment in directing all aspects of planning and operation of the Customer Sales Center. This means Hydrodog has complete authority over how the Customer Sales Center is run, including its policies, procedures, and technologies.
If Hydrodog implements a Customer Sales Center, franchisees must retrieve all orders for their Hydrodog Business from the Customer Sales Center and comply with all related procedures and protocols. Franchisees must also fully participate in all programs and protocols involving the Customer Sales Center, as required by Hydrodog, and pay the then-current fee. This implies that franchisees will not have control over these processes and must adhere to Hydrodog's directives.
