- Effectiveness. Your obligations under this Guaranty are effective on the Agreement Date, regardless of the actual date of signature, and will continue indefinitely until explicitly terminated in writing by us. Terms not otherwise defined in this Guaranty have the meanings as defined in the Agreement. This Guaranty is governed by Florida law and we may enforce our rights regarding it in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida. Each of you irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
