Hydrodog Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

If we require (including if you or your staff do not meet our then-current performance or compliance standards) or you request, and we agree to provide, additional training or assistance, which may be conducted on-site (in your Territory), online, at our location, or at another location we designate, you must pay our then-current fee for additional training (the "Additional Training Fees") which will not exceed $500 per trainer per day of training, plus travel and living expenses for each trainer (the "Training Expenses"). (Franchise Agreement - Section 6.6)

Additionally, we have partnered with Paragon School of Pet Grooming, a virtual training program that provides franchisees and their staff with access to professional grooming education. This resource is particularly recommended for franchisees and their staff who have limited or no grooming experience. While enrollment with Paragon is not required, franchisees who wish to enhance their grooming skills or provide additional training for their employees may find this program valuable. Please note that any costs associated with Paragon enrollment are the responsibility of the franchisee and are not included in Item 7 of this disclosure document.

We may, in our sole discretion, provide additional training and support to franchisees and their staff through our continuous education program. While this program is designed to maintain high standards and adapt to evolving business needs, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the program at any time. Our training support includes access to our extensive e-learning platform featuring video tutorials on practice methods, as well as comprehensive learning aids such as operational checklists, guides, and daily operational resources. Additionally, we offer regular interactive webinars featuring live sessions with our experienced staff covering advanced topics, complemented by personalized one-on-one coaching through scheduled calls and in-person meetings to ensure your success.
