You must comply with all applicable state and local certification, licensing, and registration requirements for pet grooming businesses. You should investigate whether any of these certification or registration requirements will apply to your HydroDog Business. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local truth in labeling laws and regulations. Additionally, every state has enacted laws, rules, regulations and ordinances which may apply to the operation of a HydroDog Business,
