As of the issuance date of this disclosure document, we are the only approved supplier for the Initial Tools Package. We are also an approved supplier of HydroDog Vehicles and subleases for HydroDog Vehicles. We reserve the right to designate ourselves as an approved supplier, or as the only approved supplier, for additional particular products and services in the future.
We and our affiliates may receive rebates or other consideration from unaffiliated suppliers with respect to their sales of products or services to you or other HydroDog franchisees, whether or not the product or service is presently mentioned in this Item.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hydrodog's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hydrodog reserves the right to designate itself or its affiliates as approved suppliers, or even the only approved supplier, for particular products and services in the future. Currently, Hydrodog is the only approved supplier for the Initial Tools Package and is also an approved supplier of HydroDog Vehicles and subleases for HydroDog Vehicles.
This means that as a Hydrodog franchisee, you may be required to purchase certain items directly from Hydrodog or its affiliates. While this ensures consistency and quality control within the Hydrodog system, it also limits your ability to shop around for potentially lower prices or better terms from other suppliers.
The FDD also states that purchases and leases that franchisees must make from Hydrodog, its affiliates, or approved suppliers represent a significant portion of their total expenditures. Specifically, these purchases account for approximately 70% to 100% of the total purchases and leases in establishing a HydroDog Business, and about 80% of the total purchases and leases in operating the business. This highlights the importance of understanding the costs associated with these required purchases when evaluating the Hydrodog franchise opportunity.
