What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to HealthSource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the franchise agreement requires advance approval or consent from HealthSource Chiropractic, the franchisee must make a timely written request. HealthSource Chiropractic's approval or consent is only valid if it is provided in writing.
This requirement ensures that all agreements and approvals are documented, providing clarity and legal protection for both the franchisee and HealthSource Chiropractic. By requiring written requests and written consents, HealthSource Chiropractic aims to avoid misunderstandings and ensure that there is a clear record of all communications and agreements.
For a prospective HealthSource Chiropractic franchisee, this means that any time they need approval or consent from the franchisor, such as for alterations to the premises or hiring certain employees, they must submit a formal written request. They should also ensure that they receive any approvals or consents from HealthSource Chiropractic in writing to ensure its validity. This process helps maintain a consistent standard across all franchises and protects the franchisee by providing a documented record of approvals.
