All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly noted.
If the Continuing Franchise Fee and Advertising Fee amounts we debit is greater than the Continuing Franchise Fee and Advertising Fee amount you actually owe us, then we will credit the excess amount, without interest, against the amount we otherwise would debit from your account during the following month.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. This means that franchisees should carefully review the terms and conditions associated with each fee to understand if there are any specific circumstances under which a refund may be possible.
One specific instance where a credit may be issued involves the Continuing Franchise Fee and Advertising Fee. If Healthsource Chiropractic debits an amount that is greater than what the franchisee actually owes for these fees (after the actual gross revenues for the month are determined), the excess amount will be credited back to the franchisee. This credit, however, is applied without interest against the amount that would otherwise be debited from the franchisee's account in the following month.
Prospective Healthsource Chiropractic franchisees should pay close attention to the conditions under which fees are assessed and whether any refund provisions apply. Understanding the refund policies for each type of fee can help franchisees manage their finances and avoid potential disputes with the franchisor. It is also advisable to seek clarification from Healthsource Chiropractic regarding any uncertainties related to fee refunds before signing the franchise agreement.
