Computer System and Billing System
You must purchase and use the computer hardware and software and billing system (collectively, "Computer System") that we periodically designate to operate your HealthSource Chiropractic franchise. You must obtain the Computer System, software licenses, maintenance and support services, and other related services from the suppliers we specify (which may be limited to us and/or our affiliates). The Computer System will store and generate customer management and accounting, billing, and credit card information. The estimated initial cost of purchasing your Computer System will range from $0 to $2,000.00. We may periodically modify the specifications for, and components of, the Computer System.

According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase and use the computer hardware, software, and billing system that Healthsource Chiropractic designates. Franchisees must acquire the computer system, software licenses, maintenance and support services from suppliers specified by Healthsource Chiropractic, which may include Healthsource Chiropractic or its affiliates. The computer system will be used to store and generate customer management and accounting, billing, and credit card information.
The estimated initial cost for the computer system ranges from $0 to $2,000. Healthsource Chiropractic may periodically modify the specifications and components of the computer system, and these modifications or technological developments may require franchisees to purchase, lease, or license new or modified computer hardware or software and obtain service and support for the Healthsource Chiropractic Clinics.
Healthsource Chiropractic will provide franchisees with specifications for the computer and billing system for their clinic, as outlined in Section 3.4 of the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees are obligated to install their computer and billing system according to Healthsource Chiropractic's specifications. This ensures that all Healthsource Chiropractic locations operate with a standardized system for managing patient information, billing processes, and financial data.
