- Identify the products, equipment, materials, inventory, supplies, and services you must use to develop and operate the Clinic (including, if applicable, our optional programs), the minimum standards and specificationsthat you mustsatisfy in developing and operating the Clinic, and the designated and approved suppliers from whom you must or may buy or lease these items (which might be limited to or include us and/or our affiliates) (Franchise Agreement – Section 5.1). We will not deliver or install these items for you. We are not obligated to assist the franchisee in establishing prices but reserve the right to establish minimum or maximum prices as permitted by law. We may provide suggestions; however, you will have the final determination on the pricing for goods and services.

They also set the minimum standards and specifications that franchisees must satisfy.
Healthsource Chiropractic designates and approves the suppliers from whom franchisees must or may buy or lease these items. These suppliers might be limited to or include Healthsource Chiropractic and/or its affiliates.
While Healthsource Chiropractic is not obligated to assist franchisees in establishing prices, they reserve the right to establish minimum or maximum prices as permitted by law. They may provide suggestions, but the franchisee has the final determination on pricing for goods and services.
