What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Healthsource Chiropractic is not responsible or liable for any defects or deficiencies in the computer system, its components, service providers, or any required third-party software, or the performance of any of the foregoing.
Healthsource Chiropractic requires franchisees to implement a computer system and software, including a designated billing system, as a crucial part of the clinic's start-up and operation. Failure to fully implement the designated computer system within acceptable timeframes can result in additional fees. If a franchisee has not "gone live" within two months after the initial training, they will be required to pay a fee of $500.00 per month. If they have not gone live within six months, the fee increases to $1,000.00 per month.
Franchisees are also required to maintain a dedicated high-speed internet service for remote access and information retrieval by Healthsource Chiropractic. This ensures that Healthsource Chiropractic can access the franchisee's systems and data as needed. The franchisee is responsible for ensuring that their computer system meets Healthsource Chiropractic's specifications and is fully operational, despite Healthsource Chiropractic not being liable for any defects or deficiencies.
