What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual conference is mandatory. The required attendees include each principal owner of the franchised business, the General Manager, and any chiropractor employed by a professional corporation used to service patients.

The franchisee is responsible for all wages, travel, lodging, and living expenses for each attendee from their franchise. Healthsource Chiropractic does not charge a fee for attending the annual conference itself, but they will collect fees imposed by third parties, such as those for food and beverage.

This mandatory attendance policy ensures that owners, managers, and employed chiropractors stay updated on the latest training and operational standards set by Healthsource Chiropractic. While the franchisee bears the costs of attendance, the franchisor covers the conference fee, potentially offsetting some of the financial burden. Franchisees should factor in these annual conference expenses when projecting their operating costs.
